§ 42-72-8-3

(a) Grant awards shall be made by the department pursuant to its policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. (b) Cumulative grant awards shall not exceed available appropriations in any fiscal year. The department shall adopt policies, procedures, rules, or regulations, which are reasonably necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter.
