§ 42-72-36-4

All grant funds from nonprofit charitable organizations accepted by the department of children, youth and families with formally established agreements with an approved budget for their use shall be deposited as restricted receipts. History of Section.P.L. 2017, ch. 302, art. 7, § 7.
