(a) [Deleted by P.L. 2022, ch. 127, § 1 and P.L. 2022, ch. 128, § 1.] (b) The attorney general, on behalf of the state and the division of state archives, may replevin any public records that were formerly part of the state of Rhode Island’s records. (c) The administrator is hereby empowered to bring an action in the superior court for restraining orders and injunctive relief to restrain and enjoin violations or threatened violations of any provision of this chapter.
