§ 42-8-1-18

Any officer or employee who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for not more than one year. History of Section.P.L. 1989, ch. 341, § 1.
