§ 42-81-6

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule or regulation issued pursuant thereto, shall be liable to the people of the state for a civil penalty in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) for every violation. History of Section.P.L. 1981, ch. 158, § 1.
