§ 44-6-2-6

(a) All monies collected pursuant to any tax imposed by the state of Rhode Island under the provisions of this chapter shall be accounted for separately and paid into the general fund. (b) The tax administrator shall promulgate rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter. History of Section.P.L. 1996, ch. 13, § 1.
