§ 45-21-2-23

All persons who are full time members of the North Smithfield volunteer fire department as of July 1, 1990, and thereafter, are considered a group pursuant to this chapter, upon enactment of an ordinance by the town of North Smithfield adopting the provisions of this chapter for this group.
