§ 45-23-1-7

If any provision of this chapter or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by the invalidity. History of Section.P.L. 1962, ch. 89, § 1.
