§ 45-25-18-9

If any section, subsection, clause, sentence, paragraph, or any part thereof, is for any reason adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, the remainder of any section or any part of a section shall not be affected by the judgment. History of Section.P.L. 1968, ch. 54, § 1.
