§ 45-33-2-16

Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this chapter or any recitals in any bond or notes issued under this chapter, all bonds and notes are deemed to be investment securities under the Uniform Commercial Code, §§ 6A-1-101 — 6A-9-507. History of Section.P.L. 1984, ch. 78, § 1.
