§ 45-55-17

Any person who knowingly and intentionally violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both. History of Section.P.L. 2012, ch. 453, § 1.
