§ 45-6-1-2

The schedule of fines for violation of any ordinance referred to in § 45-6.1-1 may provide for higher fines for the privilege of payment by mail than the fines imposed for payment in person, but no costs are imposed. History of Section.P.L. 1965, ch. 215, § 1.
