§ 46-12-26

Any person, firm, or corporation who shall fail to submit reports as required by § 46-12-25, shall be punished by a fine of four hundred dollars ($400) per day for each day that a report is not filed. History of Section.P.L. 1973, ch. 207, § 1; G.L. 1956, § 46-12-35; P.L. 1983, ch. 149, § 1.
