§ 46-13-2-2

The director, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, is authorized to deny, suspend, or revoke any application submitted or approval granted under this chapter in any case in which the director finds that there has been a failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted hereunder. All the hearings and appeals shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42, the Administrative Procedures Act. History of Section.P.L. 1990, ch. 220, § 2.
