§ 46-15-1-12

All money received by the board under this chapter, whether as proceeds from the sale of bonds or notes or as revenues or otherwise, shall be deemed to be trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in this chapter. History of Section.P.L. 1970, ch. 304, § 1.
