§ 46-4-5-1

The jurisdiction of the city of Cranston shall include all of the public waters westerly of the westerly sides of the ship channels in the Providence River and harbor from the Providence-Cranston city line southerly to the Cranston-Warwick city line. History of Section.P.L. 1990, ch. 446, § 1.
