§ 46-9-1-14

Any license issued under this chapter shall run concurrently with the applicant’s federal license issued by a duly constituted authority of the United States for the applicable waters of this state, and may be renewed upon renewal of the federal license. History of Section.P.L. 1971, ch. 128, § 1.
