§ 46-9-21

The master, owner, or operator of every vessel subject to this chapter shall make available to the local agent on the vessel’s arrival, pilotage fees as part of the vessel’s port performance payments for expeditious disbursement to the attending pilots. The payment of the pilotage fees may be demanded on the vessel’s departure. History of Section.P.L. 1981, ch. 388, § 2.
