§ 5-11-1-9

(a) State mobile food establishment registrations must be affixed to the mobile food establishment in a conspicuous place. (b) When the mobile food establishment is doing business in a city or town that issues permits, the permit must also be affixed to the mobile food establishment in a conspicuous place.
