§ 5-13-1

The following words and phrases when used in this chapter are construed as follows: (1) 'Person' means any individual, firm, partnership, association, or corporation. (2) 'Riding school' means any establishment in connection with which one or more horses are let for hire to be ridden or driven, either with or without the furnishing of riding or driving instruction.
