(a) Each violation of this chapter by a licensee shall constitute a violation of law pursuant to chapter 20.5 of this title and the regulations promulgated thereunder and may subject the licensee to disciplinary action. (b) Failure to provide the mandatory relationship disclosure in accordance with § 5-20.6-8 does not void the sales agreement nor create any defect in title.
