§ 5-20-4-1

'Apprentice irrigator,' as used in this chapter, means a person hired to perform all phases of an irrigation project and registered as an apprentice pursuant to § 28-45-13 working under the supervision of a master irrigation licensee or a licensed journeyperson irrigator for a period of one year.
