§ 5-33-1-10

(a) Any person, partnership, corporation, association, or his or her or its agents or representatives violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500), or both. (b) Any complaints for violations or appeals follow the same form and procedure as in chapter 33.2 of this title. History of Section.P.L. 1990, ch. 103, § 1.
