§ 5-33-2-5

Any person who desires to engage in embalming or funeral directing, or both, shall submit, in writing, to the division of professional regulation, an application for a license. That application shall be accompanied by a fee set by the department of health. History of Section.P.L. 1995, ch. 255, § 2.
