§ 5-35-2-12

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine or not more than two hundred dollars ($200) or shall be imprisoned for not more than three (3) months for each offense. History of Section.P.L. 2008, ch. 305, § 3; P.L. 2008, ch. 433, § 3.
