The board shall elect its own chairperson annually and shall meet at the call of the administrator, the chairperson, or upon the request of two (2) or more members of the board. A quorum shall consist of at least three (3) members present, one of whom must be a doctor of naturopathy. The board shall approve programs for continuing naturopathic education.
