§ 5-37-2-17

This chapter does not prohibit: (1) Gratuitous services of druggists or other persons in cases of emergency; (2) The domestic administration of family remedies; or (3) Any person from assisting any person in the practice of the healing arts licensed under this chapter, except that this person may not insert needles into the skin.
