In addition to any penalty provided by this chapter for violation of the provisions of § 5-48.1-3, noncompliance or violation of the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted under it shall constitute grounds to revoke or suspend the license of, or discipline, a licensed healthcare provider, or to deny an application for licensure.
