§ 5-53-1-12-1

Prior to orally requesting a contribution, or contemporaneously with a written request for a contribution, the following shall be clearly and conspicuously disclosed: (a) The name of the professional solicitor and professional fundraiser, and the fact that the solicitation is being conducted by a professional solicitor. (b) If requested by the prospective donor, the percentage of the contribution to be retained by the professional fundraiser. History of Section.P.L. 2006, ch. 626, § 1.
