§ 5-57-41

(a) Any person found guilty of violating any of the following provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both: (1) Engaging in the alarm business without complying with § 5-57-14; (2) Failure to obtain an I.D. card as required by § 5-57-29; (3) Willful and knowing failure to file or maintain on file the surety bond as required by § 5-57-21; (4) Willful and knowing failure of an alarm business to notify its subscribers of revocation of its license as required by § 5-57-25(c); and (5) Willful and knowing failure to surrender a license certificate as required by § 5-57-27(b) or to surrender an I.D. card as required by § 5-57-34. (b) Any person found guilty of willfully and knowingly submitting false information of a material nature in any application for an alarm business license or for an I.D. card, or for renewal applications, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both.
