§ 5-60-17

Any person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor offense and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). History of Section.P.L. 1983, ch. 307, § 1.
