§ 5-61-3-6

(a) No salesperson or telephonic seller shall make or cause to be made any unsolicited telephonic sales calls to any residential, mobile, or telephonic-paging-device telephone number except during hours of operation, as defined in § 5-61-2(2). (b) Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) per violation.
