§ 5-62-6

(a) An artist aggrieved under § 5-62-3 or § 5-62-4 has a cause of action for legal and injunctive relief. (b) No action may be maintained to enforce any liability under this chapter unless brought within three (3) years of the act complained of or one year after the constructive discovery of the act, whichever is longer.
