Except as specifically provided in this chapter no person who is not licensed under this chapter shall: (1) Advertise the performance of marriage and family therapy or mental health counseling services by him or her; or (2) Use a title or description such as 'marital or marriage therapist, counselor, advisor or consultant,' 'marital or marriage and family therapist, counselor advisor, or consultant,' 'mental health advisor or consultant,' or any other name, style, or description denoting that the person is a marriage and family therapist or mental health counselor; or (3) Practice marriage and family therapy; or (4) Practice mental health counseling.
