The administrator of professional regulation of the department of health shall maintain a register of all clinical mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists licensed under this chapter which shall be open at all reasonable times to public inspection. The administrator shall be the custodian of all records pertaining to the licensure of clinical mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists.
