§ 5-88-8

This chapter preempts rules, regulations, and ordinances of any city, town, municipality, and other subdivisions of the state which regulate occupational licenses, certificates, or permits. History of Section.P.L. 2023, ch. 398, § 3, effective August 30, 2023.
