§ 6-13-9

Any person who shall sell any electrical appliance at retail at a price in excess of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall conspicuously note on any bill of sale any model year designated by the manufacturer of the electrical appliance. History of Section.P.L. 1970, ch. 180, § 1.
