§ 7-12-1-1004

A registered foreign limited liability partnership shall deliver to the secretary of state for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in: (1) The name of the partnership; (2) The alternate name adopted pursuant to § 7-12.1-1006(a); (3) The address required by § 7-12.1-1003(6).
