§ 7-12-1-704

(a) A person dissociated as a partner or the partnership may deliver to the secretary of state for filing a statement of dissociation stating the name of the partnership and that the person has dissociated from the partnership. (b) A statement of dissociation is a limitation on the authority of a person dissociated as a partner for the purposes of § 7-12.1-303.
