§ 8-10-10

Within the family court there shall be a registry, to be administered by the clerk of the court, which shall receive and disburse all payments made payable to the registry by direction of the court or by voluntary payment. History of Section.P.L. 1961, ch. 73, § 1; P.L. 1997, ch. 170, § 22.
