§ 8-8-1-4-1

Whenever the court grants a temporary order pursuant to § 8-8.1-4 based on a complaint alleging that a minor is suffering from domestic abuse, the court shall ensure that the appropriate law enforcement agency is notified of the complaint. History of Section.P.L. 1988, ch. 539, § 3.
