§ 9-32-5

Any person filing a foreign judgment shall pay to the clerk of court the filing fee required by the court. Fees for docketing, transcription, or other enforcement proceedings shall be as provided for judgments of the court of this state. History of Section.P.L. 1985, ch. 104, § 1.
