The violation of any of the provisions of Sections 10-11-40 to 10-11-60 and subsection (2) of Section 10-11-80 shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, the offender shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than thirty days.
