Upon completion of the permanent work, the printers shall deliver the bound volumes to the Legislative Council which shall deliver five copies of the Senate Journal to the clerk of the Senate and five copies of the House Journal to the clerk of the House of Representatives. The Council shall distribute a copy of each journal to each member of the General Assembly and shall make exchanges with other states.
