§ 11-3-240

Of the amount appropriated in the annual general appropriations act for and to counties for the expense of printing tax forms and supplies, four cents per capita, based on the official United States Census for 1990, must be remitted by the Comptroller General to the several counties of the State and must be applied by the counties only for the expense of printing tax forms and supplies for county auditors, treasurers, and tax collectors. Payment must be made to each county treasurer in one annual payment which must be made as soon after the beginning of the fiscal year as practical. HISTORY: 1995 Act No. 145, Part II, Section 35.
