In addition to the amount of bonds authorized by the authority, the State Treasurer shall include in the bond issue any fees and costs incurred by the Jobs Economic Development Authority to receive, research, investigate, and process any applications for projects not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars in any one fiscal year. The Jobs Economic Development Authority shall submit quarterly requests for reimbursement by the authority for costs incurred. HISTORY: 1988 Act No. 682, Section 2.
