§ 11-5-240

In order to maintain the high credit rating of the State, the State Treasurer shall furnish the rating services, from time to time, such reports and data as may be required and he considers appropriate. HISTORY: 1984 Act No. 512, Part II, Section 40, became law on June 28, 1984.
