(A) All machines, location controllers and associated modems, and computer chips must be verifiably of a make, model, and software version certified by the department or a testing lab selected by the department before the items may be possessed, owned, operated, or allowed to operate at any place within this State. (B) A person may not possess, own, operate, or allow the operation of a contraband machine or device at any place within this State. HISTORY: 1999 Act No. 125, Section 10.
