The provisions of this article do not apply to a retail dealer in petroleum products, unless the retail dealer sells or offers to sell petroleum products of a manufacturer, wholesaler, or jobber who refuses to comply with the provisions of this article. HISTORY: 1995 Act No. 136, Section 2.
