Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the following terms, when used in this article, have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise: (1) 'Authority' means the State Fiscal Accountability Authority. (2) 'Executive director' means the Executive Director for the Division of Aeronautics. (3) 'Division' means the Division of Aeronautics. (4) 'Commission' means the Aeronautics Commission.
